I love how much is going on in this ensemble.

The heavy knits, leather, and wool tights are all perfectly unexpected compliments to the frothy skirt.

But those super-feminine bracelets and rings elevate the look to a whole new level.

Stacking and layering jewels is still very in, but the trend seems to have gravitated to arm wear and rings.

I, for one, adore it and can't wait to add more jewelry to my collection for the purpose of stacking!

I think that when worn tastefully {and not head to toe} it's an absolutely adorable look.

I know it can be daunting to think about wearing full length denim with short boots.

Do you cuff? Do you wear cropped denim? Do you try to tuck?

I think this is a great solution...

I'd put money on these denim being ankle length and not actually full length; but they're not cropped either.

They're just casually sort of tucked into those cute little boots, aren't they? They're just falling wherever they're falling and it's sooo perfect.

Don't worry about the look being "perfect" ... it's not a perfect look ladies, it's casually undone.

I think that this year we're going to see more distressed denim.

The very clean, dark wash, trouser denim has been making a statement for quite a while now, and I think we're moving back to something a little less serious.

The trick is dressing it up - wearing it with fabulous heels, a great jacket, sparkling jewels.

These patched jeans are the perfect kind of distressed denim - they offer a fabulous fit, while working the casual appeal of well-worn denim.
