A few days ago I saw the sweetest thing ... an older lady; quite petite and impeccably dressed, walking along the sidewalk with her parasol for shade.
It was so sweet and elegant that for a second I considered thrift shop hunting for a parasol myself.
Then I spotted this beauty.
She's pretty, isn't she? And it might be a little eccentric - but there's something to be said for having one's own personal shade on a warm day.
