One way I re-purposed the wool coat I've been wearing for a couple of seasons was to replace the wool belt with a wide, leather belt.
The results were astonishing!
First of all, I felt like I was wearing a totally new coat; secondly, it provided great shape to what is usually a rather shapeless silhouette, and thirdly; I get compliments every time I wear it!
