lancing Girl here ...I'm rather certain this is an absolutely perfect ensemble, I just wish we could see it from the front.
What I *think* is going on is a perfectly flared skirt worn with dark tights and paired with a belted vintage jacket. I love how the cuffs of the blouse peek out from the jacket sleeves.
Utter perfection.
If you're looking for a "uniform," this look will work every.single.time.
