It's amazing, completely stunning, perfectly put together ... there's no way I'd ever be brave enough to wear it.
BUT ...
I would absolutely wear the top half, with a solid short or skirt and shorter boots.
Pattern-mixing is a skill, but it's worth learning how to do.
Remember - when you're looking to take inspiration from something, you don't have to replicate the entire ensemble. You can be inspired by bits and pieces.
