Glancing Girl here ...

Some of the glancing girls were having a conversation about brand loyalty yesterday ... what are we loyal to and why?

I can think of several local merchants or service providers that I'm loyal to because of their service, but I can think of only one product that I'm consistently loyal to.

MAC.

Seriously, I have never disliked a single thing from the MAC counter.

Never.

I'm totally loyal to their brand.

I'm picking this up today.
