Layering for both function and style can be a tricky feat, indeed.
Blake does it perfectly.
Notice the lines of her layers:
{the drape of her sherpa-lined coat mimics the drape of the charcoal cardigan}
{the coat hits past her hips, the cardigan just an inch above the top of her boots}
And notice the pops of color:
{magenta trousers}
{a dark green scarf}
{blue somewhere between powder and robin's egg}
